The same script tag works everywhere. Only the place you paste it changes.
<script src="https://api.usekaras.com/widget/v1.js"
data-key="wk_live_yourcompany" async></script>
WooCommerce and WordPress
Go to Appearance → Theme File Editor and open your theme's footer.php,
then paste the tag above the closing </body>. If your theme may be updated,
use a code-snippets plugin instead and add the tag to the site footer, so a
theme update cannot remove it.
Webflow
Open Project settings → Custom code, paste the tag into Footer code, and publish. Custom code only runs on the published site, not in the designer preview.
Squarespace
Go to Settings → Advanced → Code injection and paste the tag into the Footer field. Available on Business and Commerce plans.
BigCommerce
Go to Storefront → Script manager, create a script, set the location to Footer and the pages to All pages, and paste the tag as the script content.
Wix
Open Settings → Custom code, add code to Body — end, apply it to all pages, and paste the tag.
A custom or framework-built site
Paste the tag into whatever renders on every route — a root layout, a base template, or the document shell. In React, Vue and similar frameworks, put it in the HTML shell rather than a component, so it is not mounted and unmounted as the user navigates.
If your site has a Content Security Policy, allow api.usekaras.com as a
script source and a connect source.
Confirming the install
Load any page and look for the launcher in the corner. If it does not appear, the most common cause is that the domain is not on your account's allowlist — see Your widget key and domain allowlist.
